By accessing and using the services of ConsYard™ Homes ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all construction services, consultations, and related activities provided by ConsYard Homes. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not engage our services.
ConsYard™ Homes provides comprehensive construction services including but not limited to:
Villas, apartments, home renovations
Offices, retail spaces, warehouses
Interior upgrades, modernization
Architectural design, project planning
All projects begin with a detailed Letter of Agreement or Project Contract that specifies the scope of work, timelines, payment schedule, and deliverables.
Any changes or additions to the agreed scope of work must be documented in writing and may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.
The client is responsible for providing accurate site information, necessary approvals, and timely decisions to avoid project delays.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if the client fails to comply with agreed terms or provides false information.
Payments are structured based on project milestones as outlined in the contract:
Delayed payments may result in work suspension or termination of the contract. Interest charges may apply as per the agreed terms.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to:
The Company shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond reasonable control. Timeline extensions will be mutually agreed upon in writing.
All materials used will conform to Indian Standards (IS codes) and specifications agreed upon in the contract.
ConsYard Homes provides a defect liability period for structural and workmanship issues:
Warranty claims must be reported in writing within the specified period. The Company will assess and rectify genuine defects at no additional cost.
Provide unobstructed site access and necessary utilities (water, electricity)
Obtain required building permits and regulatory approvals
Provide timely approvals for designs, materials, and changes
Ensure site safety requirements are met for visitors
ConsYard Homes maintains appropriate insurance coverage for construction activities. However:
Either party may terminate the agreement under the following conditions:
Written notice required. All work completed and costs incurred must be paid before termination.
May terminate due to non-payment, client breach of contract, or unsafe site conditions.
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings conducted in Gurugram, Haryana.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
All designs, drawings, specifications, and documents created by ConsYard Homes remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client is granted a license to use the designs solely for the specified project. Reuse or reproduction for other projects requires prior written consent.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project. This includes designs, financial details, and business information. The Company may use project images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly restricted by the client in writing.
ConsYard Homes reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Existing project contracts will be governed by the terms agreed upon at the time of signing.
